Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have knowledge of security equipment operation and third shift availability.
• Must pass all required pre-screening and background checks.
• Must obtain and maintain a Kentucky gaming/racing license.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Diligent surveillance of the gaming floor and observation of operators throughout the shift.
• Ensure all surveillance equipment is operational and report malfunctions immediately.
• Document surveillance activities and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.
• Secure all potential evidence from CCTV video recordings.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters related to property Surveillance.
• Provide statements to police officials when involved in an incident with law enforcement; may be used as evidence in court.
• Cooperate with KHRC Officials and police to support Surveillance operations.
• Record all gaming transactions in accordance with policies and regulatory guidance.
• Address barred patrons in line with policies.
• Inform Surveillance Manager of significant incidents in their absence.
