Qualifications

• Ability to effectively present information to groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and daily management of a designated shift in Security.
• Coordinate scheduling with the manager and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Assist in budget process and report budget concerns.
• Ensure superior customer service and compliance with standards.
• Act as Security Manager on duty in the absence of the Shift Manager.
• Enforce internal control policies including underage gambling and drinking laws.
• Maintain safety and inspection reports and conduct post inspections.
