Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare clear reports and logs.
• Valid driver’s license with at least one year driving experience and clean driving record.
• Background check and post-offer drug/alcohol testing required.
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize wireless technology at client sites.
• Ability to handle both routine and crisis situations calmly.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of security services on a shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor and officers and client contacts.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment range.
• Ensure safety procedures and client requirements are followed.
