Detroit, Michigan-based MGM Resorts International is hiring a Security Assistant Shift Manager to safeguard guests, staff, and facilities. You will lead security teams, schedule and train personnel, and enforce policies while maintaining a safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage security staff and operations, including hiring, scheduling, training, policy enforcement, and performance management.
• Ensure guest and employee safety by fostering a secure environment and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Act as liaison with outside agencies during security incidents.
• Assist management with onsite investigations and coordinate as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and threats; document incidents and escalate for timely resolution.
