• Handle incoming calls, directing them as necessary and logging voicemail messages for follow-up.
• Monitor and promptly report any suspicious activities or incidents in collaboration with Client and Inter-Con Security Stakeholders.
• Perform additional tasks such as Parking Validation and Security Access monitoring as required.
• Engage in emergency safety and security response efforts as needed.

We are looking for a Site/Shift Supervisor who will champion customer service while overseeing operations of one of the fastest-growing technology startups. The ideal candidate is approachable and skilled at enforcing safety and security standards while creating a welcoming atmosphere for employees and guests alike.

The Site/Shift Supervisor will receive extensive training in customer service and security protocols, including 80 hours of training in wellness procedures and security techniques such as threat detection and de-escalation methods.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all personnel and visitors, ensuring proper identification is maintained.
• Handle incoming calls, directing them as necessary and logging voicemail messages for follow-up.
• Monitor and promptly report any suspicious activities or incidents in collaboration with Client and Inter-Con Security Stakeholders.
• Perform additional tasks such as Parking Validation and Security Access monitoring as required.
• Engage in emergency safety and security response efforts as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Possess a guard card or BSIS certification and First Aid CPR/AED certification (training available if needed).
• Prior experience in concierge/reception or security is advantageous.
• Exhibit courteous behavior and positively engage with the public.
• Proven ability to remain calm in stressful situations.

Work Environment and Schedule

This position operates at client sites. The role may require prolonged standing and walking. Open availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and potential overtime is required. Willingness to work various shifts as assigned.
