Job summary

Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is seeking a Site/Shift Supervisor at Sea Ranch to greet personnel and visitors, administer badge access, and coordinate with clients and security staff. The role includes 80 hours of comprehensive training in wellness procedures, threat detection, de-escalation and response.

You will enforce safety standards, provide exceptional customer service, and support security operations on site with flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Guard card or BSIS Certified and First Aid CPR/AED Certified.
• Previous experience in concierge/reception or security is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and process personnel and visitors, issue badges and provide assistance.
• Answer incoming calls and log voicemails.
• Report suspicious persons/calls/events in coordination with Client and Inter-Con stakeholders.
• Assist in additional duties such as Parking Validation, Package Tracking, Security Access/Video Monitoring.
• Support emergency safety/security response efforts.
