Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and staff at client sites to ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document actions and seek management guidance as needed.
• Train officers; review post orders and assignment details with team.
• Assist in payroll and scheduling submissions; ensure adequate post coverage.
• Prepare and file required reports; communicate with clients to confirm security requirements.
