Job summary

Securitas, Inc. is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor to oversee security teams at client sites in the Lansdale area. The role requires strong leadership, supervision of officers, and ensuring compliance with post orders, rounds, and reporting standards.

You will work closely with clients and management, coaching staff, training officers, and handling timely documentation and incident reporting. Excellent communication and adaptability across sites are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of security leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of patrol, inspection and response services.
• Ability to coach, discipline, and mentor staff.
• Proven ability to coordinate with clients and management.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Ability to adapt to different sites and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers on client sites.
• Ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document actions.
• Train officers and review assignments.
• Prepare and submit required reports.
• Maintain client relations and provide quality service.
• Make hiring/termination recommendations as needed.
