Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of security supervisors and staff as shift commander.
• Coordinate and review work on the assigned shift to maintain safety and security.
• Lead, develop and counsel staff; manage schedules and performance processes.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with security policies and post audits.
• Interact with management, staff, visitors, inmates and the public to maintain orderly operations.
