MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking an On-Call Corporate Security Services Officer to protect our corporate offices. You will monitor alarms, respond to incidents, and assist with life safety and evacuations as needed.
Starting rate is $20.00 per hour. Candidates must be 21+, hold a HS diploma or GED, and be able to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays. Security or military experience is preferred and opportunities for growth and benefits are offered.

As an On-Call Corporate Security Services Officer, you’ll be part of a highly trained team dedicated to maintaining a safe and secure environment at our corporate offices. Acting as a visible presence and first line of response, you’ll play a critical role in addressing security concerns, responding to emergencies, and supporting life safety efforts.

$20.00 Hourly
Provide excellent service to guests and employees; help resolve any complaints or issues
Watch over alarm systems and surveillance cameras
Patrol and monitor all areas of the property, including the outside, using a bicycle or company vehicle
Secure emergency scenes to prevent more damage or harm, alert others to danger, call emergency responders, and lead evacuations if needed
Write reports about daily activities and any unusual events, such as damage, theft, or accidents
Use phones or two-way radios to send and receive messages, including emergency calls
Attend and pass all required training, including legal, defensive tactics, first aid, and CPR/AED
Stay skilled in using all assigned equipment
Must be 21 years of age or older
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
One (1) year of previous guest services experience, preferably in a similar resort setting
Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
