Las Vegas, Nevada - MGM Resorts International is seeking a Security Officer to greet guests, ensure safety, and provide exceptional service across our properties. The role emphasizes guest interaction, quick response to incidents, and teamwork in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

The starting rate is $18.00 per hour, with opportunities to contribute to a WOW guest experience and advance within a premier hospitality company in Las Vegas.

Qualifications

• Has at least 1 year of customer service experience in previous roles.
• Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve them with a positive outcome.
• Detail-oriented and able to make sound decisions in stressful situations with leadership support.

• Can multi-task effectively and is team-centered.

THE JOB:

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by greeting guests during their time at our property and providing an outstanding level of guest service. By understanding our guests’ unique stories and needs, you will deliver WOW experiences that our guests will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $18.00

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet and engage with guests, smiling, and hearing their stories as you interact with our guests

• Ensure guest safety by rendering appropriate first aid to injured persons and following established protocol for reporting injuries

• Enjoy working while being a part of our amazing team and interact with guests from all over the world
