AgileEngine, LLC. seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead global delivery of a security and vulnerability remediation program across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Leadership & communication: strong communication and cross-functional leadership are required.
• Program management: 5+ years of experience managing complex, multi-region enterprise IT programs.
• Security & compliance: deep understanding of security controls and compliance frameworks.
• Vulnerability management: strong experience with vulnerability management lifecycles and remediation.
• Cloud architecture: experience across AWS/Azure/Google Cloud in a cloud-agnostic setup.

Responsibilities

• 24x7 Delivery: manage timelines and Agile ceremonies across USA, EU, LatAm, and India pods.
• Milestone Tracking: monitor delivery of milestones from ASPM enablement to automated evidence attestation.
• Expectation Management: align deliverables on 3-4 week cycles.
• Proactive Problem Solving: identify and resolve program blockers and bottlenecks.
• Remediation Leadership: lead remediation of vulnerabilities and configuration gaps with engineering.
• Metrics & Visibility: provide executive-level velocity and budget burn-down insights.
• Security Control Alignment: ensure governance compliance in heavily regulated environments.
