Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor in Ashburn, VA to lead Security Officers and Lead Officers on client sites. You will ensure post orders are followed, conduct rounds, and file reports while coordinating with management and client representatives.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of security experience preferred.
• 2-3 years of supervisor or leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers at client sites.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document actions.
• Train officers; review post orders.
• Assist in payroll and personnel data submission.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts.
• Prepare and file reports; inspect posts.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements.
• Perform supervisory duties including interviewing and hiring recommendations.
• May perform duties of Security Officer as needed.
