Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and leads at client sites, ensure post orders and rounds are followed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; conduct meetings and document actions.
• Train Officers; review post orders with team.
• Assist in payroll and personnel data submissions.
• Coordinate post coverage with management to ensure adequate staffing.
• Interact with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met.
• May perform Security Officer duties as needed.
