Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required; licensing may be required; driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Screen individuals, packages, and belongings and report prohibited items or policy concerns to site management.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following emergency protocols and document activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
