Qualifications

• Provide customer service while conducting security procedures and monitoring.
• Screen employees, visitors, and deliveries per site procedures.
• Inspect items and vehicles to deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond calmly to incidents and document observations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel entering the distribution location in accordance with site procedures.
• Inspect authorized items, packages, and/or vehicles as directed to support controlled access and help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate site contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated areas, access points, and the perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
