Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 (21+ for armed roles) and able to pass background checks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while enforcing site procedures.
• Screen employees, visitors, vehicles, and items entering or leaving location.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials and delivery documentation.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of screening areas, loading docks, and perimeter.
