Qualifications

• Basic computer or tablet proficiency required.
• Experience with screening technologies preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel via screening procedures.
• Screen personnel, visitors, packages, and items entering designated areas.
• Monitor screening equipment and report concerns to site leadership.
• Respond calmly to incidents following escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of screening areas and perimeters.
