Qualifications

• X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific screening procedures.
• Screen personnel, visitors, and authorized items entering designated areas according to procedures.
• Verify identification, access credentials, and delivery documentation; report discrepancies.
• Respond to incidents calmly following reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of screening areas and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
