Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers and employees at screening points.
• Screen personnel, visitors, packages and items entering designated areas.
• Monitor screening equipment and access points; report irregularities.
• Respond calmly to incidents following escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of screening areas and perimeter zones.
