Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain and review schedules to minimize overtime.
• Build, maintain relationships with clients and employees.
• Coordinate support services to meet financial and operational goals.
• Handle escalated security issues or emergencies.
• Record data and monitor staff performance and conduct appraisals.
• Coordinate with HR and managers on personnel matters.
• Prepare reports pertaining to personnel activities and trends.
• Support company policies and equipment management.
