Job summary

Personal Protective Services Inc is expanding its sales division and seeks a driven Security Sales Representative to boost new business and manage client relationships across the Bay Area. You will sell on-site guards, mobile patrol, and customized programs while building a strong pipeline.

You’ll conduct site assessments, present options, and craft proposals, collaborating with operations to onboard new accounts and ensure customer satisfaction. Base plus commission offered.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience; security industry preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, outreach, cold calling, and referrals.
• Conduct on-site assessments to understand client security needs.
• Present and explain security service options clearly and professionally.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and service agreements.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts.
