Job summary

Personal Protective Services is expanding its Security Sales team in the Bay Area and seeks a motivated Sales Representative to drive new business and deepen client relationships. You will promote on-site security guards, mobile patrols, and customized security programs while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, with travel for local client meetings and site visits.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience preferred in security or related services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships and trust.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Conduct on-site assessments to understand client security needs.
• Present and explain security service options clearly and professionally.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and service agreements.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with operations to onboard new accounts smoothly.
