Guardian Security Systems in Seattle seeks a Security Sales Manager to lead an established team of tenured Sales Representatives. This hands-on leadership role combines coaching, field engagement, and strategic guidance to grow revenue in the security industry.

Responsibilities include mentoring reps to hit budgets, ensuring the Guardian Sales Program is followed, and recruiting new team members. Hybrid work includes one day in the SODO office and travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Seasoned sales leader with experience coaching and developing reps.
• Proven ability to drive performance and meet budgets.
• Strong communication and field engagement skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead an outside sales team of 8–10 people at or above budget.
• Coach reps to achieve or exceed sales goals and budgets.
• Ensure execution of Guardian Sales Program and activity expectations.
• Monitor performance, pipeline, and forecasting.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales reps.
• Support opportunities in the field and develop sales strategy.
