Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an Outside Sales Team of 8–10 people to meet or exceed targets.
• Coach sales reps through feedback, development, and performance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to Guardian Sales Program and activity expectations.
• Monitor performance, activity, and pipeline; drive forecasting accuracy.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new Sales Reps as needed.
