Job summary

Direct Supply in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Safety and Security Shift Lead to provide first-line leadership for daily operations of the Safety and Security team, ensuring a safe, secure environment for Partners, visitors, and assets.

The role oversees frontline operations, supports emergency preparedness, and promotes safety awareness while coordinating with leadership to protect people, property, and the Direct Supply brand. The role includes both 1st and Night Shift duties and weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate security or related field.
• Experience leading frontline teams and delivering customer service.
• Strong communication and decision-making under pressure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and security tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline security operations to ensure safety and security.
• Coordinate emergency response planning and drills.
• Oversee security technology, equipment, and maintenance.
• Staffing and shift scheduling to cover operations and events.
• Document incidents, audits, and compliance activities.
• Support campus events with safe operations and stakeholder coordination.
