Allied Universal® is hiring a Security Shift Supervisor - Warehouse to protect a high-profile client facility, property, and campus on a designated shift. The role enforces post orders and site policies while deterring criminal activity and ensuring safety.

The supervisor will oversee staffing, training, and compliance, coordinating with management to maintain quality service and meet contract requirements. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Associate’s degree or higher in any discipline or military service or police cadet background.
• Minimum of one year verifiable security experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security for a high-profile facility and campus during a shift.
• Direct and instruct officers; manage staffing and on-site training.
• Cross-train officers to improve versatility and site efficiency.
• Recommend productivity improvements and security surveys; update post orders.
• Ensure contract training and screening requirements are met.
• Maintain overtime at or below predefined levels and ensure service quality.
