Job summary

Lockheed Martin seeks a Security Representative to support RMS Assessments, Integration, and Compliance. You will manage security classifications, perform audits, and ensure compliance with DD254s and NISPOM requirements across RMS programs.

The role requires collaboration with U.S. Government customers, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and on-site. Some travel is expected.

Qualifications

  • In-depth experience with security requirements of the 32 CFR 117, NISPOM and government contracting processes as well as subcontracting.
  • Prior experience as a Facility Security Officer (FSO) or AFSO for Possessing Facility with Certification within five years desirable.
  • In-depth working knowledge of the Subcontract Online DD254 Application (SODA) and familiarity with the NISP Contract Classification System (NCCS).
  • Strong collateral Security Assessment skills (Peer Review, Self Review, Mgmt. Review) with significant experience with DCSA Security Reviews and other governmental collateral security reviews essential for position.
  • Familiarity with Classified Cyber, COMSEC, NATO, OPSEC, collateral and subcontracting requirements preferred.
  • Strong knowledge/use of LM Security tools (SIMS, SMART, DART, NISS, DISS, etc.) required.

  • Lead or participate in RMS Security projects and security classifications management.
  • Audit and improve security programs to comply with government regulations and internal policies.
  • Provide advice, direction, and recommendations on security policy changes and risk mitigation.

Standard Job Description

We are seeking a Security Representative with strong skills in DD254s, the SODA tool, government contracting, subcontracting, and Internal Research & Development. Position will be a member of the RMS Assessments, Integration, and Compliance (AI&C) team and will be a member of the RMS centralized Security Classification Management team. Experience in program security collateral requirements, security assessments, and NISPOM (National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual) compliance is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing the requirements of 32 CFR 117, NISPOM. This position supports the RMS Security Assessments, Integration, and Compliance element within RMS. Security Classification Management team handling DD254's across all cleared CAGE Codes within the RMS Business Area. Develops, administers and audits security programs for compliance with government regulations associated with the protection of classified material and export controlled data. Develops and executes security programs associated with the protection of proprietary and Controlled Unclassified Information in compliance with corporate policies. Performs in individual and team roles supporting all contractual security requirements for DOD collateral classified programs. Works closely with U. S. Government customers to seek contract execution approvals and seeks security rulings or deviations. Develops and conducts security education classes pertaining to DD254s and security assessments. Applies business-minded and risk-managed solutions to security issues and business challenges, and communicates observations and recommendations to leadership and enterprise business partners. Conducts detailed analysis and develops reports relating to Business Area security activities and trends. Provides advice, direction, and recommendations for security policy changes. Leads or participates as RMS Security Representative in security and other functional projects, as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

  • Ability to read, understand, follow, and manage established processes required
  • Ability to work independently in both a virtual environment and on-site is required
  • Some travel is required to support security assessments

  • Operational, Program, and Functional Excellence experince/training (e.g. Lean/Six Sigma Green and/or Black Belt Training) and project leadership skills is essential for this position due
  • Working knowledge of the DAAPM/DAAG in support of Classified Information Systems beneficial
Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $81500.00 - $151300.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
