Job summary

Edgeworth Security is seeking a motivated Project Manager to lead large, complex security system projects (CCTV, access control, and related systems) nationwide. The role focuses on managing the full project lifecycle, from sales through contract negotiation to implementation, ensuring on-time delivery within budget.

Required are 5+ years in security and project management, strong communication, and a readiness to travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry, security and project management experience.
• Technical inclination with strong written and verbal communication skills; self-motivated.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage large, enterprise security projects (CCTV, access control, etc.).
• Oversee project progression from inception to completion, including design, permits, and scheduling.
• Maintain project documentation (RFIs, transmittals, permits, change orders, closeout).
• Communicate project progress and financial status; resolve issues with minimal escalation.
• Forecast workload and schedule resources using MS Project; ensure on-time delivery.
