Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in security systems project management.
• Experience collaborating with General Contractors and end users on large-scale projects.
• Certifications in Lenel, Genetec, Software House, AMAG, Avigilon, etc.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute security system projects to meet deadlines, quality standards, and client specifications.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to define project requirements.
• Develop comprehensive project plans for security integration, managing resources, schedules, and risks.
• Provide technical support to the project team and solve challenges related to security projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Manage budgeting, billing, and cost reporting to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
• Enforce quality control protocols for security solutions.
• Lead project teams with clear direction through all phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute security system projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, quality standards, and client specifications.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans for security integration, managing resources, schedules, and risks.
• Provide technical support to the project team, solving challenges related to security integrated projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, billing, and cost reporting, to ensure project profitability and client satisfaction.
• Enforce quality control protocols for superior security solutions.
• Lead project teams with clear direction and support through all project phases.
• Conduct site surveys, oversee installation and testing of security systems.
• Maintain project documentation and communicate regularly with all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in security systems project management.
• Proven experience collaborating with General Contractors and end users to manage and execute large-scale projects, such as data centers and other commercial projects.
• College degree or relevant education in electronics.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and team management skills.
• Required certifications in security systems (e.g., Lenel, Genetec, Software House, AMAG, Avigilon, etc).
• Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Capability to perform physical tasks as needed.
