Job summary

Edgeworth Security is seeking an entrepreneurial Project Manager in the Coraopolis, PA area with nationwide travel. This role manages the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and oversees delivery of security, CCTV, and access control projects from inception through completion.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in security and project management, strong communication and leadership skills, and is willing to travel.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of industry, security and project management experience.
• Proficiency in PMI methodology: Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Communications, Risk Management.
• Certification in CSPM/PMP preferred; must be obtained within 12 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage large, complex enterprise projects for security systems (Video, CCTV, access control).
• Oversee project progression from inception to completion, including design, permits, material delivery and field installation.
• Manage project documentation (RFIs, permits, change orders, closeout).
• Communicate progress and financial status; resolve issues with minimal escalation.
• Prepare complex billings and change orders; support in-house estimating and proposals.
