Job summary

Aerowave Technologies is seeking a Security Project Manager for direct hire to lead planning, execution, and finalization of complex security installations in Coppell, TX. You will manage scheduling, procurement, and vendor relations while maintaining a high level of analytical problem-solving and teamwork.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in CCTV/Access Control project management, strong client communication, and experience with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience in CCTV and Access Control industries.
• Experience with ERP/reporting for management reviews is preferred.
• PMP or CSP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage security projects from initiation to closeout.
• Coordinate resources, scheduling, and procurement for security installations.
• Oversee planner board and update project status through lifecycle.
• Prepare change orders and negotiate with clients.
• Represent the company in client meetings and ensure SLAs are met.
