Aerowave Technologies is seeking an experienced Security Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and closeout of complex security installations. The role requires detail orientation, problem solving, and minimal supervision while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will manage scheduling, budget, vendor relationships, and CCTV configurations on client sites, ensuring projects meet SLAs and timelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience in CCTV and Access Control.
• ERP experience and ability to develop management reports.
• Strong communication and collaboration with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage jobs.
• Obtain necessary resources, plan, and schedule work.
• Oversee Planner Board management.
• Update job status throughout project lifecycle.
• Submit procurement requests and coordinate procurement and delivery.
• Complete project closeout documentation and update systems.
• Manage job-related communications.
• Conduct kickoff calls and coordinate scheduling with clients.
• Submit billing requests.
• Forecast job scheduling.
• Program CCTV systems.
• Oversee project closeout.
• Create/approve quotes and submit for DOA approval.
• Adhere to SOP guidelines for jobs.
