Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead mid-to-high priority security and construction projects. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while coordinating with internal teams and vendors.

Responsibilities include applying PMI methodologies, developing work plans, reporting progress, and ensuring projects close on time and in scope. Travel as needed and certification in CSPM or PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Five years of project management experience in security or new construction.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• PMI PMP or CSPM certifications preferred or achievable within six months.

Responsibilities

• Lead moderately complex projects with medium to high priority.
• Ensure schedule, cost, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Present updates to management and customers on project progress.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure scope is met.
• Apply PMI methodology and develop comprehensive work plans.
