• Lead security projects from planning through closure, focusing on safety, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate across pre-sales, installation, supply, and stakeholders to control scope, budget, risks, and documentation.
• Maintain internal and customer-facing trackers, progress reports, and schedule updates.
• Manage site readiness, permits, supply issues, and dependencies with proactive rescheduling or alternatives.
• Oversee change management and communicate impacts on schedule, budget, and resources.
• Close projects with final documentation, customer sign-off, and records archiving.
