Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience of at least five years.
• Travel as needed.
• 5 years Project Management - security industry (preferred) or new construction experience.
• CSPM (Certified Security Project Manager) or PMI PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred or ability to acquire within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead security projects from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety remain under control.
• Define project scope, identify risks, and coordinate the resources needed to deliver security system installations successfully.
• Provide subject matter expertise in project management, security system setup, prioritization, and project facilitation.
• Close projects on time and within scope, including timely follow-up on open items and customer concerns.
