Job summary

Prime Secured is seeking a Security Project Coordinator to support planning and execution of security projects in Wisconsin. You will coordinate resources, timelines, and third-party contractors to ensure delivery on budget and schedule.

You’ll monitor project objectives and quality, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and help prepare closeout documents, invoices, and warranty information.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (vocational/technical/business school strongly preferred).
• Construction or Security experience preferred.
• Experience working independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with experience in customer service.
• Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the last three years.

Responsibilities

• Assist with directing and managing access control, video surveillance, and intrusion projects from start to finish.
• Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders clearly and timely.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
• Estimate resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Set and manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders.
• Assist with changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Assist with closeout documentation including invoices, construction documentation, and warranty service.
• Participate in lessons learned meetings to identify successful and unsuccessful elements.
