Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Construction Management or Business strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience.
• Experience in Construction or Security industry preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Adept at researching project-related issues and products.

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership using high levels of communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage the financial health of assigned projects including costs, expenses, and labor hours.
• Assign project team, develop objectives/goals, and assign responsibilities.
• Create an excellent customer experience throughout the project life cycle.
• Ensure projects are completed within the documented project management process.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for customers.
• Ensure project activities move according to schedule.
• Review deliverables before presenting to the client.
• Build and grow business relationships vital to project success.
