Job summary

Prime Secured in Kentucky is seeking a Security Project Coordinator to assist in planning and execution of security projects on schedule and within budget.

You will coordinate access control, video surveillance, and intrusion system projects end-to-end; clearly communicate expectations to stakeholders; estimate required resources; help manage scope changes and contingencies; assist with closeout documentation and invoicing; and participate in lessons-learned meetings.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or technical/vocational/business school preferred.
• Experience in construction or security projects preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Able to adapt to shifting priorities and timelines with analytical skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record over last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Assist with direction and management of access control, video surveillance, and intrusion system projects from start to end.
• Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders clearly and promptly.
• Maintain ongoing communication with project stakeholders.
• Estimate resources and participants needed.
• Set and manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders.
• Assist with changes in project scope and contingency planning.
• Assist with project closeout documentation including invoices and warranty service.
• Participate in lessons learned meetings.
