Job summary

Responsibilities include meeting logistics, agenda creation, minutes capture, and preparing dashboards and reports in Google Workspace and other tools. A background in corporate security or technology environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience in project coordination or administrative project support roles in corporate security, operations, or technology environments.
• Proven proficiency with enterprise project management tracking systems (Asana, Smartsheet, Jira) and collaboration suites (Google Workspace, MS Office).
• Experience maintaining complex project schedules, logging updates, and tracking dependencies to preserve milestone velocity.
• Strong experience coordinating meetings, developing agendas, and capturing minutes and RAID log items.
• Ability to organize raw data and support status-reporting dashboards or performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain real-time project schedules, task lists, milestone trackers, and action item logs across multiple security workstreams using project management software (e.g., Asana).
• Track cross-functional dependencies, monitor progress timelines, and maintain RAID logs to flag at-risk milestones.
• Update dashboards and reporting tools with current data to provide visibility into pipeline health.
• Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and document action items and decisions.
