Job summary

CoreSite, LLC seeks a Director of Security Programs to lead and manage the corporate security programs across data centers. You will guide security strategy, oversee the security operations, and collaborate with Legal, Compliance and Operations to integrate privacy and security activities.

The role requires a strong track record in security leadership within data center or related industries, with 10+ years in security and 5+ years in enterprise-level programs, plus travel up to 50% and hybrid

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive security leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading enterprise-level physical security programs.
• Experience in data centers, critical infrastructure, telecommunications, technology, or related industries.
• Professional certifications such as CPP, PSP, PMP, CISM, or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, maintain, and continuously improve the operations and effectiveness of the security program.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior management on security, crisis management, and business integrity.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
• Drive corporate security strategies including executive, personnel, physical, and technology security.
