Job summary

Global Resource Solutions, Inc. in Washington, DC is seeking a Project Manager to provide day-to-day management and support to the Personnel Security Program, including HSPD12 compliance and adjudicative processing.

The role requires 1–3 years of personnel security experience, knowledge of CFR/OPM guidelines, and the ability to coordinate with investigative agencies; excellent communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• One to three years of personnel security experience.
• Knowledge of CFR and OPM adjudicative guidelines.
• Knowledge of EO 10450 and National Security adjudications.
• Experience performing administrative support in personnel security.
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day activities in support of personnel security activities.
• Update and brief Quality Control measures.
• Validate and maintain assigned position sensitivity levels annually.
• Ensure criminal history checks are completed and included in case packages.
• Transmit personnel security packages to appropriate investigative agencies.
• Track action status within CVS/PIPS and conduct initial suitability reviews.
• Write detailed summaries of issues/derogatory information.
• Prepare and present training on adjudicative items and processing systems.
• Develop and maintain an effective quality control plan.
