Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of Personnel Security experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative and daily program operations.
• Provide general direction to direct reports and ensure policy conformance.
• Plan work, set priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of tasks.
• Develop and edit standard operating procedures.
• Monitor performance, implement quality control, and capture process knowledge.
• Provide training and track staff progress on training plans.
• Conduct monthly quality control checks for contract compliance.
• Ensure timely and quality deliverables and manage time sheets for invoicing.
• Coordinate vacation/leave requests with management and Federal staff.
• Perform performance reviews and coaching for employees.
• Assist in recruitment and hiring processes including interviews.
• Identify development needs and arrange training.
• Support disciplinary processes and address complaints within department.
