Qualifications

• Three (3) years of Personnel Security experience
• At least one (1) year of Supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee program administrative and daily operations.
• Direct reports, ensure policy conformance and quality of work.
• Plan work, set priorities, and prepare schedules.
• Develop and edit standard operating procedures.
• Monitor performance, implement quality control, and train staff.
• Review timesheets and assist with recruitment.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching.
