Job summary

Creative Global Consulting is seeking a Project Manager to oversee a multi-workstream privacy and information assurance program in the DC metro area. You will provide privacy and information assurance guidance on data protection, security standards, and federal best practices, leading a team to deliver optimal results under an SOW with LCATS, budgeting and reporting.

The role requires PMP certification and will be onsite with hybrid options in Rockville, MD & Washington, DC.

Qualifications

• PMP certification is required.
• 8+ years of experience leading multi-workstream programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of privacy data protection and compliance plans for clients.
• Act as SME/trusted advisor on privacy and data protection.
• Lead cross-functional team to track program initiatives, deadlines, and phased implementation.
• Support organization change planning and modernization for the client.
• Navigate client needs, understand user experience, and prioritize business needs.
• Oversee weekly and monthly reporting including metrics and presentations.
• Maintain quality control for assignments, reviewing deliverables and managing resources to meet deadlines.
• Identify lessons learned and apply them to drive solutions and recommendations.
• Manage staff, participate in hiring, and support staff development.
• Wear multiple hats and collaborate across the team.

Job Summary:

The Project Manager oversees a multi-workstream privacy and information assurance program. The Project Manager will provide information assurance and privacy SME guidance on data protection and privacy compliance practices, security requirements and standards, and federal cybersecurity best practices. The Project Manager will lead the team to offer the client critical thinking, problem solving, The Project Manager is experienced in managing government contracts and familiar with requirements and constraints of a SOW, LCATS, budgeting, and reporting. The Project Manager will engage with the workstream leads and entire team to understand the opportunities for delivering optimal products and results, identifying strategic discussions, recognizing pivots, and providing solutions for the client and the program. This role requires a PMP certification and will report onsite to a location in the Washington, DC metro area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead/participate in the design and implementation of privacy data protection and compliance plans for clients.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert and/or trusted advisor to clients on privacy and data protection.
• Lead a cross-functional team to track rotating program initiatives, deadlines, and phased implementation.
• Support the client and program through organization change planning and modernization.
• Support client and team to navigate and prioritize business needs, understand challenges to customers and clients, and understand user experience.
• Oversee the development and delivery of weekly and monthly reporting of a multi-workstream team including reports, presentations, discussions, and metrics.
• Maintain quality control for assignments including reviewing deliverables, contributing key content, managing resources to meet deadlines, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Identify lessons learned and apply lessons learned to drive solutions and recommendations.
• Manage staff, participate in hiring, and support staff professional development.
• Possess a "can-do" attitude, willing to wear multiple hats, and enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.

Required Qualifications:

• PMP certification (required).
• 8+ years of experience including supporting and leading multi-workstream programs.
