Protection Strategies, Inc. (PSI) seeks an HHS Assistant Program Manager to oversee administrative and operational tasks within the Task Order scope.

You will supervise Team Leads, guide policy conformance, and ensure timely, high-quality contract deliverables under budget constraints. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree, at least three years in Personnel Security, and one year of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least three (3) years of Personnel Security experience.
• At least one (1) year of Supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and overseeing the administrative and daily operations of the program.
• Provide general direction to direct reports and ensure conformance with policies and procedures.
• Plan work and set short-term priorities; prepare schedules for completion of work.
