Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, OT, or critical-infrastructure initiatives.
• Experience coordinating multi-discipline technical teams, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders across multiple locations.
• Knowledge of infrastructure and security delivery concepts including networks, Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, virtualization, patching, vulnerability remediation, backup and recovery, monitoring, and change control.
• Experience with project/work-management tools such as Microsoft Project, Planner, Azure DevOps, Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent.
• PM certifications such as PMP/PMI-ACP/PRINCE2/CSM or comparable.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closeout for the generation-site security improvement program.
• Build and maintain the integrated project plan, delivery roadmap, milestones, and resource plan.
• Coordinate priorities across network, server, identity, virtualization, backup/recovery, vulnerability remediation, monitoring and automation workstreams.
• Act as the primary liaison between the IT partner, contracted resources, Client Technology Services, cybersecurity, OT, site operations and stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings, coordination sessions, reviews, decisions, status reporting and executive updates.
• Establish clear communication channels, cadence, escalation paths, decisions and action tracking.
• Coordinate site communications, access requirements, outages, testing resources and sequencing of changes.
• Develop and validate implementation plans, testing, rollback, and handoffs with technical leads.
• Ensure changes comply with cybersecurity, access control, change management and data handling policies.
• Maintain RAID logs and monitor risks, issues and dependencies; drive mitigation and decisions.
