Integrated project plan with workstreams, milestones, dependencies, site sequencing, and resource assignments.
Current status dashboard and RAID, decision, action, and change logs.
Coordinated change calendar with implementation, validation, rollback, communication, and support‑readiness checkpoints.
Deliverable and evidence tracker covering designs, procedures, testing, as‑built records, runbooks, acceptance, and knowledge transfer.
Project closeout package documenting completed scope, accepted deliverables, remaining operational items, lessons learned, and ownership transitions.
This contractor is expected to provide active project leadership, independently maintain project controls, and create accountability across partner and internal workstreams. The Project Manager should be comfortable working with technical teams and generation‑site stakeholders, surfacing issues early, and adapting plans around operational constraints while preserving security and change‑control requirements.
