Job summary

Stone Security is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to lead security installation projects across their Southeast footprint. You will manage initiation through completion, coordinate permits, subcontractors, and material delivery, and ensure projects stay on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in security and project management, with strong communication and a hands-on approach to engineering, installation, and coordination.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of security and project management experience.
• Ability to engage with all levels of management.
• Technically inclined with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience in construction and security industries.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint).
• Strong knowledge of access control, video surveillance, and intrusion.
• Experience in LenelS2 and Milestone preferred.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking.

Responsibilities

• Initiation, planning, execution, supervision, and implementation of customer projects.
• Identify project risks and mitigation strategies; build and track schedules.
• Coordinate installation, permits, material delivery, and subcontractors.
• Maintain project scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Oversee installation schedules and coordinate tasks with other trades.
• Troubleshoot project issues and mobilize resources to mitigate impacts.
• Plan and schedule engineering, installation, and subcontracting activities.
• Manage multiple projects across the Southeast without supervision.
• Oversee project budget and profitability; execute change orders.
