Job summary

Recru, LLC. is seeking a Lead IT Project Manager to drive security, compliance, and cloud initiatives across technology teams in Houston.

You will manage end-to-end delivery from planning through closeout, coordinating vendors and stakeholders to protect data and enable digital transformation. The role requires extensive experience in security-focused IT projects, strong leadership, and proficiency with Agile and Waterfall delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project management experience in security, compliance, or cybersecurity environments.
• 5+ years of broader IT experience.
• Experience managing multiple complex technology projects simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms and cybersecurity concepts.
• Understanding of SDLC and project delivery methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management approaches.

Responsibilities
